AAFMCC Executive Board Is Proud To Announce Rick Fenwick Jr., Ph.D As Member-At-Large Appointee

As announced in our Winter 2017 Mid-Semester Update the AAFMCC Executive Board has appointed Rick Fenwick Jr. to fill the empty Member-At-Large position on the executive board.  

Rick Fenwick Jr. worked for sixteen years as a consultant assisting unionized organizations in multiple areas including training, facilitation, team implementation, large-scale change, and mediation. Rick’s ability to implement and sustain change within an organization while forming and maintaining rapport with organizational members has made him well respected with his clientsHe has also worked in mediation of conflicts, including several union collective bargaining agreements for multiple unionized locations. Rick works as an adjunct college professor in the Psychology department at Macomb Community College, Owens Community College, and Henry Ford College, and is an adjunct professor at Bowling Green State University in the Organizational Development Program. His academic experience contributes to his scholar-practitioner approach to evidence-based consulting.  Rick has a B.S. degree in Psychology from Madonna University, a M.S. in Management from University of Phoenix, and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University.


We welcome Rick aboard as we continue to position our local as strong voice for our members here at Macomb Community College.
