Attention AAFMCC Members:

The 2016 Election of AAFMCC Officers is being held this Term.  According to Article VII, Section C of the AAFMCC Constitution (available at www.aafmcc.org) all nominations must be postmarked no later than the second Monday in February (February 8, 2016).  An official nominations form is attached.  Nominations are accepted by U.S. Mail only (no e-mails or electronic copies).  Once the nomination is received the nominees’ name(s) will be verified by the elections committee.   Verification requires that the nominees must be full members of the AAFMCC, be on the current seniority list and must have formally accepted the nomination (if nominated by someone other than themselves).
